Here’s a really nice visual and sound summary of our friend Mark‘s show in London last year. The event was organised by Gamma Proforma. The locations were iconic XOYO club and car park outside VIllage Underground.
Featured in issue 15, Elph is a Scottish illustrator with a penchant for quirky designs and perceptive artistic commentaries on those everyday characters we see around our cities. Next week he’ll be gracing London with his presence for a show at XOYO in collaboration with Gamma Proforma entitled ‘Fly Girls’. In conjunction with a collection of his visual artistry he will also be presenting his own sound works, which stem from his paintings and transcribing patterns and strokes to midi signals.
In line with this ‘Dual Channels’ show Gamma Proforma have kindly offered VNA readers the chance to win an Elph print from the show, to the value of £180. To win all you have to do is answer the question – ‘Which city is Elph from?’ and email your answer to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject ELPH COMP.
