Henrik Haven recently took a trip to Ernest Zacharevic’s studio in Penang to snap some shots of him and Martin Whatson working on a new series of collaboration pieces for the Different Strokes group show.

YOK. A postcard from Thailand/Burma border

The Yok, Sheryo, DRPYNZ, Angry Woebots, Meghan Geliza and a bunch of other artists were recently invited by the Little Lotus Project to Thailand/Burma border to paint a few schools with some local kids. The

SpinningTop ‘Little Lotus Project’ is a collaborative art project, linking 14 self funded international artists with refugee and migrant children on the Thai/Burma border. Through a bunch of art based workshops the children experience the joys of creativity while also being part of a huge multi-media project which brings exposure to the children’s cause. Access to education and art supplies is a luxury for these kids and all funds raised from Little Lotus will go towards their ongoing welfare and education.
