Some big art names have been working with UK-based magazine The Big Issue recently. With limited edition releases from the likes of Ben Eine, aimed at giving the homeless a helping hand up, the collaborations have culminated in a group exhibition at Jealous Gallery, London, entitled ‘Tipping Point”.
The exhibition will feature a special, limited edition – of 125, signed Charming Baker print called ‘Man Falls’, in an edition of 100, selling for £295 + VAT with a big sale percentage going to The Big Issue. Alongside Baker’s print will be works from non-professional artists such as Big Issue vendors as well as known artists. On Monday April 3, a Special Art Edition of The Big Issue will be released, and as with the exhibition, each piece of art is tied to the theme ‘Tipping Point’, chosen by Charming Baker.
