Hardworking guys behind Pangeaseed project recently announced their large upcoming project they’ve been working on in collaboration with 1xRUN, Tony Delfino, and World Art Destinations. Their second annual summer mural festival, Sea Walls: Murals for Oceans, will take place from July 17 – 26, 2015 on the Caribbean island of Cozumel, Mexico.
Along with beautifying the area the event will bring education, connection, and inspiration to the local community, their main goal is helping saving our seas via public art and activism (ARTivism). The educational workshops will engage local youth to learn more about critical marine environmental issues affecting their home island, and what they can do to help save our seas. This edition will feature 30 world-renowned contemporary artists from across the globe, collaborating to bring vital ocean environmental issues into the spotlight.
