End custodial sentencing for non-violent graffiti offenses…

On Sunday a young lad called Tom Collister died in his jail cell a few days after being sentenced to 20 months in jail for “innappropriately placed artwork on railway carriages”. This is a very sad story and one that only makes people more determined than ever to end custodial sentencing for non-violent graffiti offenses.
